Every year we host an internal Christmas competition for our members to compete against each other for a fabulous Christmas themed prize (as shown by Peter Bear).
This year’s competition was as hotly contested as ever.
In foil our Weapon Captain, Dominic Harvey, confirmed Michael Naulls was victorious against Tim Brendler-Spaeth who finished second. While Joe Igali and Matt McLaughan came equal third.
While Adam Hickford, the Epee Captain, organised the epeeists. This resulted in Lane Parker (USA) winning the Epee final against, Colin Boardman with Sophia Pickering and Caleb Matthews coming equal third.
In the Sabre competition of 15 entries, Ander Movilla (ESP) won against John Terry, with Luke Hewerdine coming third. Lake Oates-Harrison took Yusra Labead’s place in the second part of the competition to buld on her admirable poules performance to come third too.
